1. Return and Exchange Policy

At Games & Consoles Kenya, we are committed to providing you with authentic and high-quality products. We offer a 7-day return and exchange window for defective hardware from the date of purchase.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories.
• Physical damage, water damage, or electrical surge damage voids any return or exchange eligibility.
• Software, digital codes, and opened games are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Warranty Coverage

All brand new consoles and major electronics sold by Games & Consoles Kenya come with a standard manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months, unless otherwise stated).

Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Please note that warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payment via M-Pesa, cash on delivery (within Nairobi), and direct bank transfers. All products remain the property of Games & Consoles Kenya until full payment is received and confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi for orders confirmed before 3:00 PM. For deliveries outside Nairobi, we dispatch via secure courier services (e.g., G4S, Fargo Courier). Delivery times outside Nairobi typically range from 24 to 48 hours.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Games & Consoles Kenya is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address information.
